Geo-Innovations is a unique British cartographic company with a worldwide reputation for the visual communication of map data.

The company is led by Alan Collinson and Colin Bowler, both of whom specialise in the visualisation and promotional aspects of relief graphics for the publishing and cartographic industries.

Alan is a career cartographer with over 40 years experience, and Colin has been a cartographic designer and animator for 20 years.

Alan Collinson has been a regular Council member of The British Cartographic Society from 1979 to the present. Past chairman of the BCS Programme committee, BCS Education Committee, and BCS Training Group. Presently chairman of the BCS Design Group. Alan has composed many papers on design and cartographic matters for professional journals and symposia
